The perfect addition to traditional recipes, try this Italian pasta with a rustic, thick rabbit ragu or slow-cooked meat with a hearty tomato-based sauce.

Part of our Collezione range for the perfect creative touch, elevate your kitchen skills with Barilla's Collezione Pappardelle. Simply bring a large pot of water to a boil then add the pappardelle and a generous pinch of sea salt to enhance the high-fibre pasta's flavour. For authentic "pasta al dente", boil uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes. For wheat pasta that's more tender, boil for an additional minute. Drain well and serve immediately with your favourite Barilla sauce for a delicious and easy dinner idea.

Usage Instructions

1. Bring water to a fast boil and add salt. We recommend 7g of salt per litre of water. 2. Once boiling, add the pasta to the water and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain well and serve with your favourite Barilla pasta sauce.

Storage Instructions

Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 5 days
